Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our full refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund. To be eligible, items must:

• Be in original condition
• Include original tags and packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Used or damaged gear due to misuse

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@nordicool.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions and a return label if applicable.
3. Ship the item back to our warehouse using the provided label.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• You will receive an email confirmation.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us to request an exchange. We’ll guide you through the process based on item availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective product or an item damaged in transit, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card provider.
  If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

• The item was defective or damaged
• We sent the wrong item

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they haven’t been processed. Email us immediately for cancellation requests.
